Adding bank account

Trying to add my bank account to pay my bill but it’s saying only debit or credit cards are excepted

user_odm8m2 Please use this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments as it will show you how you can add your bank account. Let me know if this works.
