Add unlimited data

Was trying to add unlimited data to existing plan count less hours on chat only the be giving run around on can not be add to existing plan would need to upgrade to new more expensive plan how is this legal why is Xfinity pressuring  and  forcing customers into expensive plans I see a lot of complaints with fcc regarding this issue so this is being done deliberately at this point could no longer recommend Xfinity to friends or family the company isn’t looking out for customers it’s instead being run by corporate greed to inflate there bottom line

user_wvlpg8 Thanks for reaching out for help with adding a line to your Mobile plan. I would be happy to review options for you to add a new line to it to see why an upgrade would be needed (if it is), and clear up any confusion. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
