Add Unlimited Data, retain courtesy month?
I am likely going to exceed 1.2 TB this month for the first time. I am hoping to add Unlimited Data for $30 to avoid the overage for this month (prior to going over), then switch back to the 1.2 TB plan in future months and retain my courtesy month for future use.
Would I be able to retain the courtesy month by doing this?

@user_jp2416 Thank you for your inquiry. The courtesy month covers one month of overages per 12 months. If you have an overage, and it is waived, you must wait another 12 months before receiving that courtesy month. Since there are no overages when you are on Unlimited Data, you won't use up your courtesy month. Keep in mind that Unlimited Data applies from the calendar month you add it to the calendar month you remove it (minimum of 2 months).
If you would like our team to add the Unlimited Data for you, Send a DM to Xfinity support. Thank you!
