Add unlimited data and promo extension

Hello,

I've a couple of questions for the Xfinity support (whenever you guys can find the time).

Both are tied to each other in a way which is why I'm not using the website to do this myself. Namely I'm wondering if I add on the unlimited data service to my account would that change the current promotion that I've going? I mean I know bill will be more, but I'm worried that if I do it myself my promotion would end (as that sometimes happens when customers change services). Additionally I'm unsure how long I have left as far as the current promotion goes. I used to have a note on my bill saying “month x of x” but I can’t seem to find it now. So I was hoping that I can extend the promotion (I believe it was a 2 year contract for lower price) also at this time.

That would be great, if you have any promotions i can take advantage of let me know. As for the unlimited data since it won't affect my current promotion could we have it set up? It would be useful, I'm currently using my own modem and I'm looking to continue to do so for the time of being.

Just wanted to say my bill stopped telling me when my promo expired too. Found out when a bill arrived that was $50 higher. NOT happy. I couldn't even find it logged into my account. Think they should list the ever month.
