Add spouse’s name to billing statement
Hello, I’ve added my spouse as a user / manager, but his name is not showing on the billing statement. Can his name be added to the billing statement?

Thanks for meeting us here in our forum, @user_vx4ht2. We're happy to help. Adding a user will not update the billing statement. That would have to be adjusted in the billing system by us. The character limit is very small, but we can see if we're able to accommodate that. Please send your full name and service address by Direct Message.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
