Add spouse name to bill
I have added my wife as a secondary user on the account, with intent to get her name added on the billing. Hello, @user_9a2f2e. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance. If you are looking to have your spouse take over the primary responsibility of the account and have that in their name, you would need to do the account name change process outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-change.
If you are just wanting to add their name to the bill, example: John and Jane Doe. That is definitely something we can update in our system. Since I would need to gather some account specific information to help update the billing informaiton, we don't want to discuss that information in our public conversation. Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.
