Greetings, @user_600d2f! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your bill. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Generally speaking, the name on your bill will match the name of the primary account holder, which is not necessarily the same thing as the account owner. If you wanted to make your husband the primary account holder, his name would appear on the bill instead of yours, but you would still be considered the account owner. The process for transferring Primary rights to another user is detailed here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-your-primary-account-user.

If you wanted to transfer outright ownership of your account to someone else, the process is a little more involved, but you can find all the details about that here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-change.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance with anything else. Our amazing Digital Care Team is always ready to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

@XfinityJamesC This did not work. I just received my bill and it still shows my name despite changing the primary account holder!

Hey there @user_e6bb91! Our team can definitely assist with getting an additional name added to your account's billing statement. As we will need to discuss account information we will need to take this conversation into DMs. If you could please send me a direct message with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

I and my significant other have been together 30 years but never married. I signed up for our Xfinity internet account but he pays it because I'm in the process of fighting for my disability.  How can we add him to the bill as we want to get a phone bundle with new phones but after being told it would be fine by a rep for me to just do it, we were denied. We are fed up with Boost Mobile after over 25 years and too many buy outs and hoops. XFINITY feels right but physical phones have to be part of the deal or we're again forced to stay with Boost! Any help would be appreciated.
