Add Spouse name on the internet bills

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use our Xfinity bill as proof of residency for my spouse. She's already been added to my Xfinity account as an Account Manager, but her name doesn't appear on the monthly bill.

Has anyone successfully had a spouse's name added to the billing statement? If so, what was the process, and did you have to contact customer support or visit a store?

Hello, @user_7glg1k thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I'm glad to see our awesome Forum expert @EG was able to move your post and bring this to my attention. You've contacted the right place for asssitance, as I know there isn't a self-help option of adding a secondary name to billing either in the Xfinity App or logging in online. 

I'd like to help and want to ensure I'm the same page as it sounds like your just trying to get your wife's name added and not having her be the account holder, correct?
