Add Spouse name on the internet bills

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use our Xfinity bill as proof of residency for my spouse. She's already been added to my Xfinity account as an Account Manager, but her name doesn't appear on the monthly bill.

Has anyone successfully had a spouse's name added to the billing statement? If so, what was the process, and did you have to contact customer support or visit a store?

Hello, @user_7glg1k thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I'm glad to see our awesome Forum expert @EG was able to move your post and bring this to my attention. You've contacted the right place for asssitance, as I know there isn't a self-help option of adding a secondary name to billing either in the Xfinity App or logging in online. 

I'd like to help and want to ensure I'm the same page as it sounds like your just trying to get your wife's name added and not having her be the account holder, correct?

Thank you @XfinityJustinC ! Yes, that is correct, have her name on the bill as proof of residence, and keep myself as the account holder.

@user_7glg1k I appreciate the confirmation, and that is something I can assist with. There is a different process if needing to have the account responsibility taken over, so that's helpful.

Thank you user_7glg1k I will reply to your direct message and verify the account. From there we can add your spouse to the system, but the account will only belong to you. I am replying to the direct message now.
