I would like to add my roomate's name to my internet bill. I don't need to change the account ownership, just want toadd or change the name on the bill.

@taurres Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We can only have one account holder listed, so to put your roommate's name on the bill would require a transfer of account ownership. If you are just trying to give your roommate access to your billing you can add them as an authorized user by following the directions here.
