Add payment page won't stop buffering.

I need to pay my bill and to do that I have to add my new card, ans when I try to the page just keeps reloading itself and never doing anything. I've cleared my cache, restarted my phone, used the app, and I'm out of ideas. I am frustrated I can't pay my bill and no I won't have wifi

Have you tried paying by calling us at 1-800-xfinity and follow the automated prompts to pay using an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card or an ACH transfer from a valid savings or checking account with a U.S. bank?

switch to incognito mode, log in, whatever you do do not click the "keep me logged in" box leave that empty. then try. worked for me a hour ago. I know I was beating my head against a wall too.

You can also go to the local Xfinity store and make a payment in person as well.
