Add manager name to billing statement

Hi, I would like to have my full name on shown on our billing statements because I need proof of residence. I am a manager on the Xfinity service that I share with my roommate. Can someone help with this? Thank you

@jchent Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Unfortunately, we can only have the account owners name on the account.

Thanks Ruben, I saw in other threads as recent as 5 months ago that this was possible and people had this done for them. Is this a recent change, that we can only have one persons name on the bill? Thank you.

I appreciate you keeping us posted, @jchent! If you are authorized to make changes on the account, we can definitely add your name to the billing statement without changing the ownership of the account.
