Active Duty military being charged for early termination

Got a charge of $110 on my account, despite being in the military and being required to move. Would like to have this resolved, the 1800 number was of no help.

user_b9ro2c - Hello, and thank you so much for your service — we truly appreciate you. For active‑duty military members, Xfinity can waive the Early Termination Fee (ETF). What happened when you called?

Service rep said he couldn't confirm I was military on my account but didn't give me the option to provide a copy of my orders. After that, he said that was all he could do from his end and ended the call.

I have a copy of my orders on hand I can provide at the moment.
