So i hadda register several diff times for acp in michigan and i got some credits for it not being applied right away& now they're trying to take it away saying i have it for a diff service or something along those lines... really considering changing internet ppl im so tired of xfinity

Hey there, @user_vocg66! I am sorry to hear about the troubles with the ACP credits, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Do you have another service provider that might have been applied under? We would recommend reaching out  here  (877) 384-2575 to verify that the discount is not being applied elsewhere.

@XfinityAdrienne​ so i tried getting a tablet thru a government stand where they have them and i guess i tried doing it two diff times and they mightve screwed me, saying i could only get a phone n i said no im good n just took off but i think they jotted it down like i did have end up getting one. 

What can i do about this? I already tried talking to both acp/ the internet provider aka xfinity. Tired of going back/ fourth the company doesnt even seem legit they have noway of contacting them only in writing

If your ACP benefit is currently being provided to another company you would need to either contact that company or the ACP benefit folks directly, we wouldn't be able to stop that from our end.
