ACP

I have been qualified through ACP website several times but every time I try to submit my info with my qualifying ID and everything on xfinity it always says "sorry something went wrong"  I should have been able to have this discount on my bill for months but I can never get any help fixing it.

@user_908417 Thank you for visiting our Xfinity Community Forums for help with adding ACP to your account. Please make sure you log in with your Xfinity ID (primary) https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp.

There is an FAQ section as well at the bottom of the link above. Make sure that any re-certification is completed before applying.

You can also make sure to clear cache and cookies and/or try different browsers. Is there a specific step where you are receiving the error?

@XfinityEva Hi, yes, I am signed in, I go to the apply for ACP, I click that I already have a verifier ID, I enter the information and submit it and it just says sorry something went wrong over and over again.

Thank you for confirming this step. Are you able to sign in at ACP and confirm your ID?

Please make sure to double-check that your application has not expired, name, address, and email match exactly.

If all the information matches exactly and you have tried different browsers, we recommend reaching out to our Internet Essentials team that works directly with the ACP benefit to further assist.

You may contact them directly here.

Also, make sure that all your information between Comcast and ACP matches exactly.  If it doesn't you're going to get "kicked out".
