ACP.
I'm on the government ACP for internet, & my bill is to be $0.00, but it is still showing a balance. Is this normal?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

The balance does depend on the amount of the credit applied to the account and it only counts toward certain services. Also, the bill may generate before the credit applies to the account. The ACP credit of up to $30/month ($75/month in Tribal lands) can only be applied to the Internet and mobile services portion of your bundled Xfinity services. You are still responsible in full for any portion of your bill not covered by ACP. I am happy to check further into the billing balance. Can you please reach out through direct message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
