ACP taken off

I was notified in October that acp wouldnt continue..I did not use the credit anywhere else. This coincided with me getting cut off medicaide..Ixfininity to me to call acp and when I did its automation says to call your provider about eligibility concerns..wasting three hours of my time back and forth. I have no email correspondence with acp. I apparently applied through ixfinity so i dont have application number they request..Im so [Edited: "Language"].

Hello user_2qu5lw

Appreciate you reaching out. The Affordable Connectivity Program is a Federal program. Since this is a federal program, there is a good amount of moving parts. To ensure you are able to get a clear breakdown why you are no longer qualified, we would want to get you in touch with our team directly. 1-855-846-8376 is the number to our team that supports the ACP program. Thank you.

If you were cut off Medicaid you most likely no longer qualify for ACP, which, I believe, is one of the requirements for receiving ACP.  If you ever qualify for Medicaid again you can reapply for ACP.
