ACP Problem with no help

I contacted Xfinity by phone two weeks ago as I am having problems with applying the discount. I’m approved and currently have internet with Xfinity in Michigan. 

Whenever I enter in my National Verifier ID, it says it’s not found. I’ve contacted ACP and they have instructed me to contact you guys again. Someone tried  to help me and they saw that there was something wrong despite all my information matching and was entered in correctly. They let me know that someone would reach out to me by phone/email within 24hrs.

No one ever reached out. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and my next bill is due soon.

Hmm, @user_4d0487. I just tried to reach out Internet Essentials team at 1-855-846-8376. Did you try to call as well as visiting that link? Our Internet Essentials Center of Excellence are great and are dedicated to resolving ACP concerns such as this.

It happened to me too, it’s been 6 months, I can’t get anyone to help.i chat, call every month to follow up, still not apply to my account. It been expired and I have to re apply. Still not apply to my account
