ACP not credit

ACP credit first time, but didn't credit  after 30 days even past my bill due date. Agent told me second time credit may take up to 45 days and they will waiver late fees. I have no way to know ACP status when will credit or no. It is frustrated to see past the due date and not paid. I want to when is the ACP credit day. At least keep date ACP process. I only knew I got approved and credit first time, then no update at all. I have to keep check with live agents to get more information. Tried to do it.

xfinity [Edited: "Language"]- they offer no help with ACP credit.
