ACP ISSUES

I have submitted my ACP application through the Xfinity site multiple times, all saying it would be active in 3-5 business days. However, I have still not been approved or received my bill credits. This has been going on for over a month and I think I’ve submitted my application ID at least 3 times. Please help.

Hello @rylock317, thanks for reaching out to our forum for help with your ACP concerns. That's an awesome program, and I'm happy Xfinity takes part in it to help our customers. You mentioned you've submitted several applications on our site, are you getting any error messages on those applications? Have you received any email notifications regarding your application status?

Yes, each time I get a confirmation email from Xfinity stating that the ACP application is in progress and pending. I have three separate order confirmations with the same thing dating back to October.

@rylock317, understood, I get why this is important and why you've put so much effort into these applications. Have you also completed the approval process through the National Verifier

I clicked that link and it took me to the site where I got my Application ID starting with B so yes. I received that back in October.

Once you have been approved by the National Verifier, you want to go to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp and scroll down to where it says Apply here. You will need to sign in with your Xfinity username and password.

That’s the reason I am posting here, I have submitted my Application ID and information three times already like I stated in my posting and subsequent replies. each time, I get a confirmation email saying it as submitted and is pending and then nothing comes of it.

@rylock317 the information you gave to the National Verifier must match exactly the information Comcast has for you.
