ACP HELP

I have been approved for the Affordable Connectivity Program and would like to apply it to my service. It will not allow me to do so through the Xfinity app it keeps saying error, here’s the ACP form they sent me:

@user_44kowg Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums today. To submit the application number please complete following steps: 

1. Go to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp

2. Click the How to Apply button

3. Click the black Apply Now button

4. Log into your Xfinity account to fill out the form and have it submitted to Xfinity to have it applied to your account. On the question "Do You have your National Verifier ID?" make sure to use the whole number with the hyphen. You should also be getting emails from us that it's processing, denied, or approved.
