ACP hasn’t been applied

to be getting a discount 30 acp program I have yet to receive any type of discount towards my bill and you guys want me to pay $164 and it’s showing pending already enrolled for my service This matter needs to be fixed ASAP and credit while waiting on this I have provided the national verification number several times already

Our access is limited, but we can usually find notes on the account to help guide us for what's needed.
