acp ending soon.I need LIFELINE for a discount on my phone and or internet.I am strapped being a senior citizen.

I have landline and internet.Bare minimum.I live in a small senior housing place in a very small town in Ct.Xfinity/comcast does not offer a lifeline discount and acp is ending in April 2024.I would appreciate some valid and realistic alternatives.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

No.This is obviously a waste of my time and yours.I  HAVE FOLLOWED all of the bells and whistles and there is no one person that can help! Xfinity is no help either.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
