ACP Duplicate Subscriber Error
Hello,
I just want help to be able to get the Affordable Connectivity Program credit that I qualify for. I keep getting tossed around from department to department. Speaking with XFINITY and then ACP support center. No one is helping. I have been reaching out for over a month to get help regarding the errors via XFINITY on my account. My application ID when trying to enroll for ACP via Xfinity keeps saying my National verifier ID was not found. How is that even possible when I have a confirmation email from the National verifier. When Xfinity rep try to enroll me XFINITY support gets 2 errors.
1. Duplicate Subscriber MLAD
2. Cannot transfer same SAC
Can someone please help me resolve these errors from my account so I can receive the $30 internet credit? I do not know what else to do. I have applied for ACP with the national verifier after creating an account, I made sure to click ACP application and not the lifeline one. I go and try to enroll after I receive approval from National verifier with my application ID. Literally I have canceled and reapplied for ACP via National verifier multiple times because that is what Xfinity told me to do. There should be accountability.

Todo eso es mentira, lo de la ayuda para descuentos de servicios de internet, a mi también me han tenido como papa caliente desde Junio y nadie sabe nada se pelotean unos con otros.
