ACP discount not showing
I got internet service with Xfinity 4 days ago and when I applied I also input my ACP approval ID for the discount. I received the billing information for this month but it doesn't show the ACP discount and I never received any update as to how my ACP is being processed or when to expect it to show on my bill. I want to know how long it could be until it shows on my bill and if it is even being processed in the first place before I pay anything. When I check my account it doesn't show the ACP applied to it at all.
