ACP discount didn’t apply?

Hello. My bill is due today but I haven’t received the ACP discount for this cycle. Could someone please check into this for me? Thank you.

@Jessica.chizmar Thank you for reaching out to us on our forums. I'm sorry that the ACP credit is not showing applied to the account yet. Did you have your application in by February 8th? With the program possibly ending as early as April 2024 new applications are no longer being processed. If you had your application submitted before February 8th you should have received an email within 48 hours with a status update. If you have not received that email you would have to contact the Xfinity internet essentials team. They are the only team with access to processing ACP applications. You can chat with a Internet essentials agent through the link above.

Hello! Thank you for replying. I was approved in January and received the discount last billing cycle. I just haven’t received it for this billing cycle and my automatic payment is about to come out, so I’m not sure what’s going on.
