ACP CREDIT

My ACP credit was approved through the government and I let Xfinity know right away. The chat agent said yes, we confirmed it and here is your confirmation number. This was on January 24. I received my new bill with no ACP credit. I called the ACP department at Xfinity today and they said they don’t know anything about confirmation numbers and that it meant nothing This is beyond frustrating.

Hello, @chellie1 thank you for taking time to create a post. I know how frustrating it can be when anticipated credits aren't applied. We do partner with the great Affordable Connectivity Program, and know it was recently updated that no new enrollments after February 7th, 2024. Based on the time frame provided, it looks like you started the enrollment process before the time frame

 

Our options with ACP are limited over Xfinity Forums, I found this number for our ACP team. When you were reaching over the phone was it at this number: 1-844-389-4681?

I was transferred to the ACP department through a customer service line.  I was blown away at the incompetence of the agent I spoke with. he actually sent me a link to approve the ACP but it showed zero dollar credit.  And he said don’t pay attention to that because you will get the $30 credit. Just go ahead and agree to it. And I said I am absolutely not agreeing to something that says I’m getting a zero dollar credit. How dumb does a Xfinity think I am? And he said he just couldn’t help me and hung up. You can’t make this stuff up.
