ACP Credit Was Only Applied to First Month

Hello!

I signed up for the Affordable Connectivity Plan in January. My first credit was applied on January 22nd, ahead of my first bill. But I just received my latest bill and the ACP credit wasn't applied to it. I checked the ACP website and I'm still showing as "Qualified". Would anyone be able to assist with getting this resolved?

Hello @user_ubagen. If you recently made changes to your plan, you would have to renew the ACP application.

Hi, I haven't made any changes to my plan. Also, is it even possible to renew the application now that new enrollment has been cut off?
