ACP Credit applied last month, not applied this month

My ACP credit has not been applied this month despite being 1 day from payment deadline. I received the ACP credit last month, so I am unsure of what may be the issue. Please help me to resolve this. What will happen if my bill goes unpaid, given that ACP covers my bill?
