ACP credit applied first month but not the following month

What a trip this has been. 

I was approved for ACP, filled out all the required forms, and Xfinity applied the $30 credit to my bill last month. However, this month the ACP credit was not applied. I spoke with at least 4 agents over the last 2 weeks, and they all assured me (I screenshot it as well) that the credit would be applied before my bill. Well, my bill was paid automatically yesterday, and the ACP credit was not applied to my bill. 

I reached out to an agent via the chat feature again, and they admitted that they had no way to view when my credit would be applied. If that's the case, why would all the other agents reassure me that the ACP credit would "definitely" be applied?
