ACP benefit

I had applied for Acp benefit last month with internet essentials, the Acp benefit was approved and couple of days later the internet essentials were installed. Now a month later there is a weird picture in billing section, the Forward Balance and Current Statement with late fee, with no ACP benefits at all seen.

Hello, @user_88c390! Thanks for reaching out to us on our Forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with the ACP applying to your bill. This is actually a 2-step process. Once you get approved through the national verifier page you would then need to go to our ACP page and provide us with the number there. You would want to do the following: 
 
1. Go to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp 
2. Click the How to Apply button 
3. Click the black Apply now button 
4. Log into your Xfinity account to fill out the form and have it submitted to Xfinity to have it applied to your account. On the question "Do You have your National Verifier ID?" make sure to use the full number with the dash.
