ACP benefit applied only once!

I applied on and was approved for the ACP benefit on July 10th. I received the discount relatively fast, however, I only had it one month. My next bill was right back to the full price of $98.00. 

I am moving next week, but this full price bill was issued before I scheduled the move. I thought I'd finally gotten a discount on this $100 month Internet bill, which likes to glitch a lot as it is. I see there are many people having some issue with this credit.

It's not a glitch.  I just got mine fix.  Same thing happened to me.   Basically you are paying for 98 bucks because they haven't change the billing adjustment on the plan yet.  The computer system see you still having the 100 plan.  They will credit you back the following month when the adjustments are made.    Double check when they give you a bill notice for following month.  I don't know when they will credit the 2nd month of ACP.    I got credit 2nd month like a week after my due date.  The first time they credit me a day after approval.  Just keep checking your bill monthly to make sure it's correct.
