ACP approved notification to xfinity

I have been approved for ACP and was directed to let xfinity know that

so how can I get this information on my account 

I have been approved for over a month but as of yet have not been able to get this on my account

Thank you for reaching out @user_9bebf9. The best course of action would be to contact our Internet Essentials team by calling 1-855-846-8376 to speak to them about your account and ACP benefit.

I have been reapproved for ACP and do not know who or how to let xfinity know. Have you figured out how to inform xfinity?

@user_7067df Hello! That is great to hear that you have been approved again. We would recommend that you go here (https://getinternet.gov/apply?acpr=true&awsl=link-from-recertify&id=nv_flow&ln=RW5nbGlzaA%3D%3D) and fill out the recertification form online, follow all the steps indicated in that process. As long as everything passes, you may not need to do anything else. Here is also a helpful document on the recertification process (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/acp-recertification).
