ACP approved my eligibility for my federal benefits but not paying for my essential internet service.
I have a problem because xfinity forward to me not paid balance for two months and warning me about services interruption.
Instead of bei g happy ACP customer I have problems because of unknown tricks and treats. i contacted xfinity and requested yheir help. They said their sign up will update my profile within next 48 houts, but nothing was paid by ACP so far.
Please help!!!
What's wrong with xfinity?
Why customer service was designed to create obstacles instead of resolving issues? if the ACP payment would not be possible to pay my bills I would complain about this problem.
