ACP application approved xfinity denied my application
I have been trying to apply for ACP coverage through xfinity trying to cancel my contact although I am approved and have had multiple conversations with ACP representatives that I am approved Xfinity denied my application saying that I am not. They keep lying saying I am denied when I know I am not. What is the issue?

Thanks for reaching out @Yb50, and I appologize you are having issues with getting the ACP program applied to your account. We do have one team specifically assigned to helping out customers with any ACP issues. The team you need to assist you with the application to apply it to your account is the Internet Essentials team who you can reach directly at 1-855-846-8376. They would be the best place to get any assistance with the ACP issue you are having with the application process.

The same thing is happening to me. I got approved for ACP right away, and yet Xfinity thinks they can deny it. If this is not fixed, I will be contacting my state attorney general.
