Acp and still being charged for service

I was signed up with EB be back in beginning of November then I signed up with the ACP I was approved for ACP and I got a bill in November of $19 for $29.90 then I got 995 taken off my bill for my ACP was that me a balance of 1990 then and then I was build 1990 the following month and my balance forward was 1990 which gave me a total bill of $39 and some odd cents I was never given the credit of 995 my bill was only supposed to be 995 but I was billed 1990 then and December I got another bill for the 995 and a dollar 99 late charge which brought my bill up to $51 and something I get on the phone with Xfinity today no one can help me all they can tell me is I had a past due bill I lost my evb I was knocked off of ACP and since that time I've been getting billed and I-95 and I haven't paid anything wrong I've been on a c p i was approved for ACP for whatever reason y'all knocked me off of ACP you double billed me 1990 dollars $19.90 and November someone needs to fix this I paid $41 today and I shouldn't have had to pay that someone in Billing that knows what [Edited: "Language"] they're doing needs to contact me ASAP and get this straightened out I can either be reached with email or you can call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

@XfinityEricB​ yes Eric I would appreciate it if you would look into my account and tell me why I was charged $19.90 for the month of Nov and not given my credit from acp. 

And then I was charged a late payment fee.

I have Internet essentials with Xfinity and I'm still getting charged  $9.95 a month and I have ACP
