Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Michaelp91301 your use of the Xfinity Community Forum is appreciated. I am happy to assist you with your account related questions and concerns. Firstly, it sounds like your Xfinity ID may be tied to the information listed on the old account and not the new one, the easiest way to resolve this issue is linking the accounts together. Here is a great bit of information of how you can link them on your end.

@XfinityMarcus when I went on the computer I tried to pay my past balance and show it and when I tried to hit past balance to pay it switched back to my old account that was dectivated and won’t switch back and app won’t even show it.
