ACH Payment Block

A returned ACH payment happened in June and now when processing the ACH payment for the July bill shown "EFT Processor Decline. Customer not authorized bank to accept these transactions". However, after confirming with the bank, on the bank's end, they confirmed there are not block or holds placed on xfinity. So the current issue is that the xfinity portal cannot process the payment and indicate "issues" is with bank, but the bank confirmed back showing there are no issues on their end blocking the ACH transaction. What could exactly happen here?

@user_hsxch8 Thank you for doing everything you can to make sure you stay on top of your bill. I also appreciate you making us aware of this error you're getting when trying to make a payment via Forums. Have you by any chance tried using a different bank account and/or debit/credit card to process the payment?

Unfortunately, this is the only business bank account that is link to the xfinity and Comcast Business. Other payment options, such as credit card and mailing checks, were considered but not viable for the long term.

@user_hsxch8 Thanks for confirming. Are you getting this error message on the app or online?

On the online portal. Not sure about the app though, as we always made ACH payment online.

@user_hsxch8 Have you tried clearing out your cache and cookies, closing out your browser, then opening up a new page before trying again? How about using a different browser, have you tried that?

Haven't tried clearing out cache and using a different browser. Been using Chrome, do you suggest try using Explorer? But definitely have tried closing the website and reopening it. Will these troubleshooting help with the issue?
