Hello @pineapple93

Thank you for reaching out! You would want to touch base with your financial institution to investigate why it was not processed. To get more background on your bill, have you pulled up the Xfinity app to view a copy of the statement? Our statements provide amazing breakdowns. I included a great link here below on how to access and view the bill.

i asked them that’s something being charged by xfinity. I checked my bill break down nothing explains the past 22$ charges. so if i’m correct taking off automatic payment would save me 40$ per months.

Great question! You actually would get a discount for automatic payments. We provide either $5 for having setup via debit or credit, and $10 if it is on a direct bank routing. The big thing with that discount is if you have failed payments then that discount would be removed.

I can easily help clear up that $22 charge, we can take a look at the bill and provide an explanation, no worries, our team here is based out of corporate headquarters, you are in great hands!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
