Account/Billing Name Change

My previous roommate transferred ownership of her account to me. I have updated everything in the profile to be my name and billing information, but still all of my correspondence from xfinity including my bills have her name. How can I update this?

I don't understand how to reach out. When I click the contact us link it takes me to a page that links the AI bot and other articles, but does not provide any clear avenue to ownership change

@user_hc1vdv you have to reach out to them on chat https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us  or 800 #, you have to speak to agent or go into the local Xfinity store to fill that form out, if you didnt do that then all you did on the Xfinity account was change the user ID name on the account.
