Account sign up $50 1Gig

I was told that I didn’t have a paper saying that the 1Gig was $50 a month for 5 years. I was told when I signed up it was $50 a month for 1Gig. 

Now I have been told it was always $60 and that the $10 off makes it the $50. Then another guy said it was actually $55 a month not $50 or $60. Then a lady said because of the complimentary streaming boxes (I said no to receiving) were charging me $5 for each box made it $60 not $50.

They all said this paper that states $50 a month for 1 gig, that I have right here did not exist.

Thank you for reaching out here. I am sorry to hear about any confusion on that promotion. The Gigabit offer on the new customer promotion is $60 a month for 5 -years. There is a monthly $10 discount available if you are enrolled in the auto-pay service through a bank or checking account. The streaming Xumo box is free if you order one, additional boxes are $5 a month. @XfinityJohnG​ if you have a way to post a photo on here I can prove that I did see $50 for 5 years for 1 gig. 

I also have my original letter in the mail claiming it as well. Y’all lied and I can prove it.
