I have this same issue! I have had a comcast email account for 25 years and now I no longer have access to my email. I no longer have comcast/xfinity tv service as it is not available where I live, nor have i for 15 years, did they cancel my email?????

How have you been accessing your email? via the webpage or using an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, etc?
