account no longer active
the internet stopped working this morning. the xfinity app said my account was no longer active and to pay my bill. i just paid my bill last week. had discussions with “live agents” and they havent really helped. one sent me an account agreement which is basically starting a whole new account? my gatway isnt being recognized on the app and i cant reactivate it because it says i need an internet plan which i do have. I talked to another live agent through chat and they said it would be up within the hour. its the exact same and its been 4 hours. id also like to note ive had this account since september 2022 with minimal issues
