Account fraud
I started getting random emails about an account with Xfinity and that my payment was denied. I live in NW Ohio, and I have lived here my whole life. We don’t have Xfinity here and never have. After several calls and messages someone had gotten me logged in online so I could see the information and balance so I could speak with the fraud team who was not in at that time. I tried calling them several times and no response from them. I need this removed from my name. I don’t know who it’s from, but it’s central Indiana from what I can tell.

This page shows the process and has a link to fill out the needed form electronically. I know you have called in before. That team has a direct number, 844-335-8719 if you prefer to try and reach out that way. No transfers needed, the right team will answer the call. They are in from 9 AM -9 PM Eastern.
The investigation and results can take up to 30 days. The CSA team will get back in touch at the end of the investigation. Have you filled out the web form or filled out that form with an agent already?
