Account disconnected - unable to see bill history
I've spoken with 3 reps today and none of them can send me billing history - none of it appears online. Billing > security > "major department" per the previous person who didn't make any sense. Then, Moises, who is located in this "major department" says that even the people at the counter cannot print my bills.
I should be able to view bill history - you're pulling money out of my account and I'd like to know what its for. This is ridiculous.
Is this legal?

@hapachik, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I know it can be difficult to view your billing statements after your account has been closed. Please send us a DM so that we can take a closer look and assist you with this issue.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
