Account charged into the negative despite no funds, customer support refuses to budge
I've been with Xfinity for about two maybe 3yrs now, they just charged my account (bank account) 131.44 into the negative leaving me with not even 80 at the end of the week when payday hits. Anytime you talk to customer support it's outsourced to people who either refuse to listen and work with you or they barely speak English. How does this even work. Customer support is more like "Customer redirect and toss around" than actual support.
I will say this. They gave me a 30 dollar credit but what is that going to do for my rent, car insurance, my groceries, my loans etc. You shouldn't pull charges from people if the bank declined you the first time.
If this isn't resolved I'm burning my equipment at my next bonfire.
