Account cancelled but my autopay account was still debited after cancellation.
I cancelled my service effective October 24 and on November 8, my checking account was auto debited even though my account was cancelled. If my account is cancelled, how can you auto debit any amount.

@user_3jctmb Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Support Team. I can see how having a payment come out after services were cancelled would be alarming. It can take one to two billing cycles for everything thing to get adjusted and squared away depending on your billing cycle. I would be happy to take a closer look at your billing, and give you some more specific information on what to expect with your account. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
