Account Balances/Incorrect "Forward Balance"

I recently setup a payment to be taken out on a specific date, twice on the same day, without realizing that even after making the payment otherwise, the scheduled payment was still going to be taken as well. So, I paid a hefty bill to take care of a balance that I had, which included the next month's balance. Anyways, just checked my statements and not only after paying double my normal bill, the next months balance was still showing unpaid, therefor a forward balance on THIS months current bill. This does not make sense, not even remotely. Please read what I typed, then read it once or twice more before responding with the typical "terms and regulations" rant that are default customer service responses. I should have NO forward balance, as of now. As a matter of fact I should only owe for this CURRENT month, being August. So my bill should show a current balance of $120 roughly. Not a $120 ish forward balance, added onto this month. If you have read this and are attempting to tell me I am mistaken, please first respond by emailing me the last 4 month's statements *120 days worth* including actual payments made by me with transaction numbers present. Thank you.
