Accidently double paid my bill

Hello there!

I have already contacted Xfinity via the chat, and have a ticket made. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford to do this! This is my mistake and the first time I've ever done this.  Does anyone know if they'll refund the money to my card or something? I really need the money refunded and back. 

I also contacted my bank about this and hope they can stop the payment too or anything to help me out.
