Accidentally paid bill twice
I forgot that my scheduled payment was going to auto debit so I manually paid it and then a 2nd transaction came out of my account. The payment was for 2 months ($768) so there’s now over $1500 that’s been taken out of my checking account and I can’t afford that. Is there any way I can be refunded the extra payment? Thanks for the help!

Hello, @daryll1 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand where you're coming from looking to get the second payment returned, and I can get a ticket created asking for that to get reversed.
When creating the request I'll need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
